Octopus Agile Prices is an independent information tool operated by Krome Events Ltd. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of Octopus Energy. Tariff data comes from the public Octopus Energy API and may lag or differ from your bill — always confirm on octopus.energy before switching.

Free board

The live price board is provided as-is without warranty. We may change or discontinue features at any time.

Email alerts

Paid alerts start with a 7-day free trial (a card is required). After the trial, the subscription is 99p per month unless cancelled. Cancel anytime via the manage link in your emails, the unsubscribe page, or the Stripe customer portal. Digests depend on published Agile day-ahead data and email delivery; we do not guarantee every slot will be caught.

Refunds and cancellation

You may cancel at any moment before a payment is taken — including during the free trial — and you will not be charged. Once a subscription payment has been successfully taken, that payment is non-refundable. Cancelling after a payment stops future charges; it does not refund amounts already paid for the current billing period.

Referrals

Referral credits (e.g. £50) are offered by Octopus Energy under their own terms. We are not responsible for eligibility or fulfilment of those credits.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the APIs, scrape aggressively, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that harm the service or other users.
